Many people said that there will be a small event (like egg zavier) but this time it drop furniture, taverns, and location..

I dunno if it is true or not.. need info :))

Yes it's true; Upcoming Jarl event / occupy windmoore event, most likely at the end of this month.

6.11 and Jarl, Birthday, Winter events still awaits us. 7 more full weeks this year, half of them will be taken by mentioned events + Hardcore mode, sounds good.
