Is there a level that int ranger is actually a thing? I have done it successfully at l105. But is there lower levels with this set up that works best?

During 76 cap, Fiery set Ranger was pretty dang fun. It nuked hard, but was pretty bad because of how squishy you were. Nonetheless, the reactions from people being unexpectedly rush-nuked by an intelligence fox was pretty hilarious. :)
