Cannot connect through my region

It's been around a week that people from my region can not login in the game
We should use vpn which causes high ping
I doubt that the game is being restricted in my country(Iran)so is there something happening? Can u fix it?it's hard to farm with this situation

At what point does it fail? What platform? If you've been trying a mobile device, does it also fail with the web version?

It fails when i tap play or login and sometimes even the first screen fails
I have good download and upload speed
This is happening for like a couple of weeks
I play on Android 5.1.1 sony z2
Haven't tried chrome version lately
The thing is that its not only me but most of the players in my region.we don't have failed login or infinite loading screen when we use vpn

Same region. Most of the times it sticks at "Loading...". when it connects the ping is green (about 250-300)
but when switching maps or joining others, it again sticks at infinite loading. Basically can not play without a vpn. BUT chrome works perfectly fine without this issue

This sounds like the failures are when switching servers, in which case it's probably one of a few things:
* blocked ports - ports 4050-4099 should be unblocked (if this is the problem, based on the description it's probably port 4071, 4073, or 4076)
* blacklisted ip addresses - these can change as we replace hardware, but as of this post the following need to be unblocked: 18.232.132.115, 35.153.133.249, 35.153.69.21, 54.89.79.232, 54.145.41.17, 54.152.44.107, 54.152.129.235, 54.157.46.115, 54.208.45.26, 54.211.198.236

The web client likely isn't having the problem as it uses different ports (443 and 14100), and only 2 of those addresses.
It likely works with vpn because the port or ip block is somewhere between you and your vpn provider.

i have a problem which not allowing me to connect into the game via my phone, it always stuck at contacting server.. screen.
my internet is fine, i can login using PC but not in phone.

First, try rebooting your device. If that doesn't fix it, it's likely one of these problems:
* no network connection
* dns failure looking up account.spacetimestudios.com
* isp doing html injection

Easy way to check the first 2 is to point your device's browser at http://account.spacetimestudios.com/download/
The third can be checked by viewing the page source.
