Did u mean why they put '11 chars' at some messages?
If so its because of the message ppl get for short messages which doesnt have at least 11 characters when replying to a thread.
So the person who replies type '/11 chars' after the short reply(message)

I think its because you need 11 characters to post something so it just makes sense to say /11chars as it is the necessary amount and what is needed
