HAPPY BIRTHDAY ARCANE LEGENDS!!!

Can you believe it's been 6 years since we first set foot in Arlor?

This year the party is bigger and better than ever, and of course revolves around...

CAKE!

The Arcane Legends Birthday Event will run from Thursday 11/15 to Tuesday 11/20 with a 24 hour cooldown.

Why is the event not a full week?

Because next week is Thanksgiving, and we're going to run the Occupy Windmore event starting next Tuesday. More on that later.

How Does it Work?

During the Arcane Legends Birthday event you will collect and craft cakes to open around your friends to spread birthday cheer!

Birthday Cake Slices are crafting ingredients that can be used to craft Small Cakes. They have a chance to drop from mobs and bosses all over Arlor for the duration of the event!

Small cakes can be crafted by combining 5 cake slices, have a chance to drop from Arlor world bosses, and can drop from Medium Birthday cakes opened near you. These cakes are considered "chests." Open them in town or around a party of friends and it will drop goodies for you and 4 nearby players!

For You:
1 Birthday Token

To 3 Others:
5x Health Potion or 5x Mana Potion

To 1 Other:
5th Birthday Cake Slice

Medium cakes have a chance to drop from Arlor world bosses, from Large Cakes opened near you, or can be crafted by combining 3 small cakes. When you open a Large Cake around other players it will drop:

For You:
5 Birthday Token

To 3 Others:
500 Gold

To 1 Other:
Small 5th Birthday Cake

Large cakes have a chance to drop from Arlor world bosses or can be crafted by combining 3 medium cakes. When you open a Large Cake around other players it will drop:

For You:
25 Birthday Token

To 3 Others:
A random Weak or Damaged Jewel

To 1 Other:
Medium 5th Birthday Cake

Grand cakes have a chance to drop from Arlor world bosses or can be crafted by combining 3 large cakes. When you open a Large Cake around other players it will drop:

For You:
100 Birthday Token

For Everyone Else Nearby:
The Grand cake is unique in that instead of dropping goodies, it will spawn the Birthday Bandit!

Take down the bandit and he will drop 5 random prizes for nearby players to collect, including:

+ 5x Health Potions
+ 5x Mana Potions
+ 2500 Gold
+ Random Damaged Jewel
+ Random Weak Jewel
+ 4th Birthday Cake Slice
+ Small, Medium, Large or Grand 5th Birthday Cake
+ Birthday Cake (furniture)
+ Balloon (furniture)
+ Happy Birthday Banner (furniture)

This year, when murdered, the Birthday Bandit can also drop this sweet hat:

So, what can you do with all of those tokens that you're getting from your cakes? Visit Priya the Party Planner in town to spend your tokens on a whole slew of fancy new vanities!

You'll find sweet new vanity weapons for each class.

Blue Crab, Alpha Wolf and Frostir and that pirate with the electric bubbles gave me some of the best memories I've had in AL. Met a lot of longtime friends they were newbs like me were having trouble. Wish we had new maps for parks though, I love parks, it's where tanks really shine imo since we're not really that good on damage in hard elites.

Don't forget the goldmine..waiting for all the bosses to appear, I would cast my heals to keep going while we waited and pray for that crate. I just loved the colour of them. The fireworks..ah yes. All the km3 runs, pulling the bosses together. Someone always typed "Lep on!" Running elite Rook's for Malison, we all placed our characters in the top left corner. Here's to many more fun times and nice to remember the past times too. 🥂

Hi I have been wondering this too I just opened 200 Grand Cake’s !!
On each Grand opened All I got was a small cake. In the next cake’s I opened I received a med cake & a large cake and then nothing on a lot of them ! The person with me got 500 Gold or 250 Gold or 5 Pots or a small cake.
When opening other Grand Cakes & Large cakes & Med Cakes & Small Cakes too save points for the 6 Banner & the Candle Weapons & 2 Sets of Shiny Balloons..
So I opened quite a Few of All these Cakes I got nothing apart from the Points Same with Med & Small cake’s just Point’s ...
Was this Suppose too happen ? ? ? 🤷🏻*♀️
So No Furniture or Basically Anything apart from a few cake’s & Point’s ......
What a Downer I’m waiting on a Plat Sale too buy a Tavern and thought the furniture would look good in the Tavern
Or What ever else I was suppose too get from Opening all these Cake’s...
Does anyone know if this was right ?
Obviously the Furniture should have dropped from Grand Cakes 🧁 ( If your one of the lucky Peeps I guess)
