Are these the maps with the obelisks? You need someone to deactivate the obelisks, I think. Taking damage or moving stops the deactivation, so you have to provide cover for whoever is deactivating. As far as I know, if you have the disease that drains your health/mana, walking into the rays of light around the dungeon cures them. Then you just beat on the boss, there's no special mechanic as far as I can tell.

and when it says: "A mirror has been charged up!" u have to click on the mirror and De-charge it :-P
