Recipes do not drop?

So legendary drops were increased. How about recipes?
Are they a 1st drop now? Because no one has seen any recipes drop since last week.

don't think recipes will ever be primary drops

I haven't seen a recipe since patch... I was seeing them more commonly or atleast a similar rate as the other pinks prior to the patch.

Yeah they are dropping just a lower drop rate. One of my friends got just recently.

iv been doing runs and quests from lvl 60 to lvl 65 and didnt get any pink .is it normal?

i got 1 recipe after the drop bugfix. that was it....
