I've Tried Copying an Pasting But It dont work Any thing helps

Type the phrase you want to add a link to, for example "Link phrase".
Highlight that phrase and look for the "Insert Link" button on the menu - it looks like a globe with an infinity sign on it.
Paste the URL of the link in the blank after you click insert link.
Should appear like the links in my sig.
This is assuming you're using the most advanced forum text editor btw, changeable in your settings. If not, end result is the same but your forum text editor will be filled with more text.

Lol, I meant your forum text editor being advanced, not you :)
The advanced text editor makes it easier to see what the end product looks like (a phrase that is also a link).
