I cant complete it. Tried it several times and worked for me back then. Its important for the dead city aps. Maybe bc my level was already too high when i started dead city. Make it obtainable for every level pls.

What's the name of a character with this problem? Does it show as 0/1 or 1/1? What conversation options does Dimitrius have for you?

someone in russian community said that it works when u complete antee location (i didnt check)

There were a few quests that you have to complete but didn't show up. I think there was one where you have to talk to Dimitrius IN ZONE but the NPC actually did not show anything and the one in the tavern doesn't work that way. I saw it recently but already forgot which one it was. Try Antee, try talking to various NPCs, like Dimitrius and that chick, even w/o the quest symbols.

What's the name of a character with this problem? Does it show as 0/1 or 1/1? What conversation options does Dimitrius have for you?
The character is captain rutger in dead city. Shows as 0/1.

Your character's name, not the NPC, so I can copy your quest state to reproduce the problem.
If it shows 0/1, you need to talk to Dimitrius. If he doesn't have a conversation option that updates the quest to 1/1, it would be very helpful to know what conversation options he does have.

The options dimirtius gives me: “[dimitruis appears preoccupied] you are proving your worth, privateer. But we’re not done..”
I can only have the option to leave.

It's not showing up because you're on the 'Vengeance' quest. Next update will fix it so City Under Siege has priority over it there.

U can turn this quest in windmore tavern or krag tavern there u can find dimitrius

It's not showing up because you're on the 'Vengeance' quest. Next update will fix it so City Under Siege has priority over it there.Yep this is true. By completing that quest we are able to complete the story quest afterwards. The priority on main quest will solve the problem. Ty

Can someone please help me with this quest..... I'm totally lost and it's been some time now and i'm still unable to complete this... I have no clue where to begin.......
Maybe, if there is some spare time (LOL), a dev can tell me what i'm missing......... I need that XP.... LOL......
Please help........ I'm just confused and no longer have the mental energy to attempt to further figure this out... *Sighs*.... LOL.... :miserable:

It should just be walk up to Dimitrius and talk to him, tell him Noxxar sent you, and then turn in the quest to him.

LOL..... Noxxar must be a real "G"..... LOL.... I simply told Dimitrius that Noxxar sent me (and threatened to sic my cottonkill on him), and he coughed up the XP........ And I still had 3 mins left on my XP elix...... Cool..... LOL.......
Maybe the same method will work on other, higher map quests... Hummm... LOL... J/K.....
