The "Go To" button takes you to the "Dead City Outskirts"...... After fully completing the map, "nothing" happens......
Can someone please explain how to complete this quest?????
This stuff needs to be tightened up..... "Go To" buttons should not drop people off in "irrelevant" locations......

The question mark did not turn yellow, so I was confused.... Did not talk to him... Assumed quest was not ready... Played numerous times but, I guess this can be confusing.... Good luck to new players.... LOL....

City under siege quest still not complete.... Seems some other quest was complete.... What's going on??

I believe there is a side quest or some quest you must do first. Try talking to Npcs even if no icon on them. Sorry i cant remember exactly, but i have this problem every time i make a new character too :p.

Yeah.... Me, too.... Just wish there was some type of "sensible" quest path to follow......
This quest stuff is "too scattered".... Needs to be tightened up.........
I've been playing forever and still get lost..........
It's just all over the place...........

Already did that.... Talking to him completes another quest.... After going to the outskirts again, quest is still not able to be completed....... Seems to be broken.....
I will try again until I start saying "which way did he go", "Which way did he go", "which way did he go"....... LOL......
Just, broken...... Having fun, it's just, these little things are irritating.... LOL........
Go to tavern in windmore city there u can find dimitrius and can turn this quest in

After completing side quest 'vengeance' i can now turn in city under siege quest. he now gave me quest 'guns of hell'
