What level items will a 22 farmer get if he farms during halloween/xmas?

I did some experimenting with my level 22 bear...I would clear the map with my main then bring in my 22 to solo the boss. I've yet to get a pink, but all the drops I got from the bosses were level 20 greens and oranges. So I have to agree with Paar.
