I sent them a request about 5 days but they dont answer to me and its be cause i lost my account . they have to help me very fast cause someone stole my account .... if any of u can help me plz add this guy : Northxmage and tell him to give my account back . My characterr name was : Ueecrafitie and he was a mage L57 but this lvl 38 guy stole my account for 5 days .... Helpppppppp or im gonna die

Yes you can send support your problem, but it is private between you and the support team. Don't tell others your problem. Don't worry about it being too long.

I'm here to help you. Listen: you need to speak to support. They will answer next week and will sort out your problem. One of the support staff will contact you and tell you to log in with new details. Don't keep sending emails to them. Make sure you are sending to support@spacetimestudios.com

They answer all requests. Go to www.support.spacetimestudios.com, and make a account. Then go to the submit a request. Write about it in detail and a dev will respond there

Mremad, you should have received an auto reply e-mail in response to your correspondence about your account. It should have details about how you can log into our support site at http://support.spacetimestudios.com and look at your submitted support request.

Calm down. It is ok. The support team have hundreds of requests each day and they can't respond to each one in one day.

The should respond. Have you got pocket legends installed? If so try to log in. The support will respond don't worry about it. It may not be for a few days but of course they will respond!

Mremad please calm down, you have no idea of what a gaming admin has to go through in the normal working day. :) They might even be solving your problem right now, they have to track the guy down, do all kinds of stuff etc.

When I was first into SL i found it very addictive, but now Ive become normal :D Just remember to do the normal daily routine like before you found PL, go outside, meet friends, family time etc. Also remember you HAVE to take breaks when playing, as many past players have said they even quit MMOs because of the eye-strain and muscle tension and other horrible things that might happen if playing too long..
