Hi, I am trying to change my email, but I am unable to. When I type in a new email for the email change, it says I must click the “email verification code” button so I can change the email. The problem is, when I click it, it says “too many registration code requests.” It says this for every account I try to change an email for. Can this be fixed so I can change my email?

ps. I have never changed my email with the reigistration code request button, so something is up. ItÂ’s not me. Please help!! Thanks!

You'll need to be more specific about whatever's going on for you. The bug from the beginning of this thread was fixed the day it was reported.

Hello, I am having the same problem as the guy before. I can use my other pc and my phone to log in but when I try on this pc it says I need a verification code for my account.. with the same email and password as others.

Yea everytime I click "already have a spacetime studios account" and i type in my email and password it says my device isnt authorized to login. doesn't matter what email i use or how many times i try.

... so hit the button to send an authorization code, then enter it. If you're getting the 'too many requests' thing, then you've asked for too many codes in the last 24 hours, so you'll have to wait.

Now that other part is googles problem, I'm trying to find a solution but it doesn't let me log in to my email unfortunately.

From a device that you can currently log in on, in game, nexus -> my account -> modify account.

Having the same issue, except mine said before the “too many requests” that there was no account linked to the email... but I had just linked it... and there’s no email that the email had been changed

If it says 'too many requests' then you've requested we send emails too many times in the last 24 hours, either for registering accounts, changing their email, or authorizing devices and failing to use the code.

It is saying that "you have requested to many codes recently" when i am logging into my account because my Chromebook constantly isn't remembering my information and has to keep re-downloading. I have waiting 8 hours! I have even sent an email to help twice and no one has replied or helped at all. I think it is ridiculous i have to wait this long just to have another code sent to my email. Is there any way at all that anyone can help me with this or you can? Is there a way i can fix this without having to contact support because honestly no one has helped me at all.

You have to wait 24 hours if you've done too many.

When you do it, only hit the request button one time, and enter the code you received. If you only make one request and then use the code, it doesn't count against your 24 hour limit.

Do you know if there is a way i can get my Chromebook i save my info so i do not have to send a code every time or is that something that i have to fix somehow else?

I would guess either your browser is in incognito mode or has some other setting causing it to not keep persistent local storage when closed.

i already contact support then get a reply after few days but a reply said cant help my case. so i reply it again try to explain more what happend with my problem with attachment images,so maybe i can get more help about it. but after that i still not get a reply,its has been almost 3weeks but i still didnt get more respon.

so what should i do next,
- should i wait for more?
- should i send a new message asking support again?
- there is a way for me to asking my problem with devs?or online support?
-and how the support ticket number works?should i mention it in my tittle or message when i reply the support email?<br>

any kind of information or help appreciated,thanks

Is it a technical issue of some kind? If so, post here or PM me. If it isn't, and support has already responded to you, then there's likely nothing to be done.
