Does xp elixir and other items affect the XP you get from quests?

Yes xp elixir and xp awakens does help to get more xp from quests.
Tip:Complete all quest first and Then use Xp elixir and all the gears with xp awaken while turning the quests.

You can stack all these to get some good amounts of XP when you turn in quests:
7 Day XP Elixir
60% XP Elixir
Abaddon’s Happiness Bonus
Any XP Awakening in items that you wear

Elite runner 60%lix+50%xp lix stacks and perma 15%xp and 7day 50%xp lix + abbadon hb + xp awakens.
Also the amazon promocode 50%xp lix stacks too but it's a one time use per account and runs out in towns.

I seen a dev say the HuD elixirs stack, not sure how it would play into this.
