Bigger Luck vs Lucky Leprechaun Hat vs Lucky Saints Hat

Hi,

the hats in the title give re-roll % for farming. It isn't stated exactly what the % is for Bigger luck, but it is for the other 2 hats (the newer releases,) being 15 & 17 % respectively.

I've always been under the impression that bigger luck was 17-17.5% (equal with the Lucky Saints Hat.)

Which hat actually gives the most re-roll%?

Could a dev/mod actually confirm this for us?

The percentage of Luck still remains a mystery regarding all luck hats

2010 The original Big Luck - 10%(+1 armor)
2011 Big Luck : 12%
2012 Big Luck : 12%
2012 Bigger Luck : 13% ?
2013 Big Luck : 12%
2014 Big Lucky Hat : 13 % ?
2017 Lucky Leprechaun Hat :15%
2018 Lucky Saints Hat : 17%

I always felt that each year, if a new lucky hat was introduced it would super seed the previous years lucky hat in luck percentage.

Only in Big luck 2010 10%, the Lucky Leprechaun Hat 15% & the Lucky Saints Hat 17% are the percentage of luck mentioned in the item description.

The actual percentage of Bigger Luck was never specified by any STS dev, it is only mentioned that the percentage is slightly better than Big luck 12%.
However, Big Lucky Hat was confirmed by Samhayne to have the same percentage luck as Bigger luck.
