Is lv 16 pvp dead? I've heard that armor is too high to deal any damage and fights last forever...is it true or can anyone give some info on it? ty

Yes its true. People are pretending its active/fun so they can sell their gear.

Yea I play 16 your very lucky if you find one or two ppl so safe to say it's dead.

Yes level 16 is dead due to imbalanced in gears.
