Do you need to be gold tier to use hunter lix like brood last year? Seen nothing about it on event guide.

Do you need to be gold tier to enter brood like last year? Seen nothing about it on event guide.
last year u didnt need to be gold tier to enter there (i was going there by mage without tier or bronze tier)
gold or plat tier needed to open hunter elixirs if im not wrong
