If the vanities were permanently farmable (not just unique to event farming), then I would prefer that drop rates remain high. But since these events are temporary, drop rates should be lowered.

I like the current drop rate. In the past, vanities were far too easy to farm during Winterfest (like the Frost Crowns) and became virtually worthless. Now that the drop rates are lower, these items will retain their worth and be valuable. I have enjoyed running the Grotto and dropping a few vanities after running quite a bit (no I have not dropped the Sweater). Its a much better feeling than seeing a Frost Crown drop every other run.
I expect similar statted (or even better) vanities to come out during a Valentine's event in a month and a half, so don't worry too much.

what armor is this? I heard it cost 350-450m can anyone post ugly sweater here.

The ugly sweater vanity armor can drop in Grotto. It provides an additional 20% gold loot bonus.
