Hi STS,
Happy holidays.
As you are aware brood is crashing.
I an many other players are stuck on loading screen past half an hour after continuously trying to login.
( you can check logs)
We were waiting very eagerly for this event, this Christmas but it has been a complete fail so far.
Hopefully STS Santa will be able to fix the server load and we will be able to get in game at some poiint.
Please understand that as players it's really frustating to be having to wait.
I have not been able to login from WIFI/4G connection and its kinda sad and disheartening.

Not thanks. I gave up waiting and they brought it again without warning. I planned my day around that, not to mention the wasted elixirs.

I know I will probably be ignored, but if STS asks us for respect then I think it wouldn't hurt that the players should be respected too.

I have been continuously kicked out of game since brood started. I am using an iOS device - iPad. At first I thought mebeh old iPad but then reading forum it seems I'm not the only one. Shame, I thought I was NEO. Anyway for not being able to play the game today I would just like to say.....FGFHFHFGFHFHFHK! Thank you.
