Can I transfer guild leadership?

Okay so the title explains everything. I was banned forever recently and that account is the leader of my guild. But I can't get on it anymore so I wanted to know if it was possible to transfer leadership to someone else somehow. I didn't really know where I should post this thread so I put it here. I did email Spacetime Studios but haven't gotten a reply for awhile..So I wanted to check if anyone else knew about this.

If you've been perma-banned I think your guild will be a leaderless guild from now on.

If you know the name of the person that you would like to be the leader of your guild, try emailing support at:
support(at)spacetimestudios.com (replacing (at) with an @)
Let them know of the problem and they could be able to help

Yes you can transfer guild leadership, but only the current leader can do so. Given your situation, I don't see it possible transferring the leadership anymore.
