+ Doubled the amount of damage done by the Ebon Glade Bow proc.
+ The Ebon Glade Bow proc visuals have been reworked to emphasize their impact.
+ Doubled the proc chance for both the Ebon Fortress and the Ebon Glade Scepter.
+ Increased the duration of the Ebon Fortress caster buff by 30%.
+ Large increase to the amount of reflected damage done by both Ebon Fortress and Scepter procs.
+ Doubled the amount of damage done by the Ebon Glade Scepter proc.
+ Small increase to the amount of damage done by the Ebon Glade Executioner proc.
+ Revised description for Ebon Glade Bow to indicate that the proc affects a single target (not multiple).
+ Increased proc damage of the Ebon Glade Rifle.

I feel like the Ebon gun should also receive an increase to proc chance. It just feels extremely lackluster to me. The damage from the proc was minuscule before (in pvp, at least), and I feel that doubling a small number will still feel insignificant. We’ll see how it goes though for the next few days. Overall, appreciate the buffs!

rifle process is low too as per instant... scepter works great make gun less useful at pve or pvp

Yes tested my EBON Scepter > doubled the chance to come out proc and the heal/mana recover is good now

@Devs: is it possible that the Proc hits multiple enemys?

I Tested it in Mausoleum. It hits just one mob each proc.

I also forget that in the Description the proc condemned Enemys but i just only See that it hits singel targets. Little bit confusing :-)

I wanted it too for a while, but it would make sword too OP in PvE. Now it is fine, balanced for PvE. Proced mobs die fast and it is easy to proc 3-6 mobs within 10 seconds, so enough mobs are taking damage over time (because proc last 10 seconds). It means, proc chance vs multiple targets is good, not so OP, not weak, good. On the other side, i would like to see little buff to proc chance vs single targets like bosses, but developers see it differently, heh.

@Marosok i think multiple hits sounds fair because we pay a lot of effort, work and money to get something thats worth to play.
Also as i said the Description of the proc says: Condemn Enemys, they are taking damage over Time.
So i Hope its still a bug and they fix it.
