Sweater bug

I gifted a sweater to a friend to use in pve but she says she not received it and and she shown me something which is really serious ,that her toon can't see sweater.
Hope I get my sweater back n this thing should be fixed asap. This is proof of this and I have attached that my toon says I gifted her sweater but she see nothing.

Need to be fixed and i think you will get your sweater tush bro, its a game bug.

True , I saw all people in dm wear nothing but all this time they were wearing the sweater... I hope that will be fixed n get the sweater back and tysm ^_^

thats old photos, u can see his lvl is max 46 and cant get more xp, now u can get lvl 51 =) scamers on the way. lol
