Cos based on ur post i found many typos (except the hint portion) so i added the suffix "ion" to the hint to probably make people less confused: "It is 100mil, not 1 bill, one zero matters or does it." To "It is 100million, not 1 Billion. One zero Matters, or does it." I really dont have any idea on what to do with the hint.

After you get the code, you need to do something to it, obviously but you have to remove zeros in certain spot, as zero doesn't matter

Its just basically in alphabetical order and add number
And reset to 0 if reached 4, exp: 5becomes 1, 7becomes 3
Regardless, focus on the new one, steps to the 1st on will be irrelevant to how you solve step 2
It only involves the 2number and 3001, and this is more obvious and easy than you think

I would say to not expect for people to solve this kind of thing quickly. I don’t think anyone will be able to solve this within the next 3 months. This puzzle seems extremely complex and most will not able to solve it or want to put in a ton of time to for even 1 billion.
