View Full Version : Guild Master Banned and No Feedback From Support

Hello, I'm Fsuryo (mage lv 71) and Tenang (Rog lv 66), an officer from Army Indonesia, my Guild master got banned almost 3 weeks before, some of guildies sent an email to support, but till today got no respon from STS team, please kindly help us to solve these problem, we have 600+ member, we must run the guild. Please help us.

STS will assist to transfer GM to somebody else but not always so good luck if they did.... had that experience in my previous guild and totally no respond.

Maybe try contacting your Gm if possible and he/she can email them and tell them that they want to give leadership to someone else.

He can't send email to support because he forgot his email password and can't do anything about that. Just need sts support to assist us to transfer guild leadership to our master before him so we can run our guild again.

In my opinion, now in current system if we click contact us at sts support website, we will direct to our email app and we can write our case and send it but no automated reply like before so we don't know our email is really sent or not. For my self, writing our case on sts website like usual is better than via app because we can get automated messages to wait with patience from Chad, it's really convenient for me.

But, I wish we can hear a good news from support. Almost 3 weeks, we waiting without respond. I'm really appreciate ur attention here guys, thx a lot.
