I'm going to try a dispute. But it's not the first time I see this guy complaining about copyright in STS games.

Disputing doesnt do anything.
All it does is ask the person who claimed, Are you sure this is your content? and they can say yes and ur dispute is cancelled and he gets copyright claim again.
