What counts for PvE kills

Trying to figure out what zones PVE kills count? Trying to increase my PvE count quickly and other than hauntlet, any other good places, especially to solo?

only hauntlet, its the easiest

Festerfang also gives PvE kills, more fun than hauntlet for me :), can earn couple thousand gold to while running it by crafting murkstone tokens.

Killing bosses gives 1 token, 1500 to buy spirit weapon

Its simple every area that gives xp gives pve kills. Likewise every area that does not give exp does not give pve kills.

You can also do Mausoleum 3-6 if you need to change a bit the gameplay. Is not as quick a Hauntlet but gives you more diversity.
