By "follow" I'm thinking Aculeas means seemless rmks.

In other words, when the host leaves (even if the dungeon isn't complete) and creates a new zone, all who /follow him auto-join him upon map creation.

I think I posted this as a suggestion awhile back. It would actually involve another tab in Social that the "host" would accept/deny etc.
