I was thinking what if u just made a mobile chat app so we could chat with people in game without having to be in game

Like all the towns and guild hall could be chat rooms we can join in and talk but not actually be there
And we can guild chat and pm friends off our friends list
Just another idea

This is actually good idea. I've always wanted to use the chat while on the mobile app but they don't have it.
