spirit xp rings

i have 2 questions concerning spirit xp rings .Are this xp only to lvlup characters or does it apply to spirit gear too ? it takes for ever to lvlup spirit gear and there really not strong at the current lvl 34 . My other question is why dont we get a spirit equipment potion . i mean we have ways to lvl up pets fast , even a character can be lvlup with potions or straight to lvl 66. whats for spirit gears. not all of us can afford 40 for a arcane wepon we have to settle for the next best thing.

The lunar event rings are specifically for spirit weapons. It wont boost player exp.

Edit: include the other spirit gears in that also.

There's a potion that takes you to the spirit swamp where you can level up quicker
