However, the name mentioned above by Abuze is a classical MMORPG character name used in many mmos like WoW etc
(Personally I also don’t like this name and it gets often banned by developers)

He did insult someone. He insulted Oakmaiden in his post to her. Just because someone puts a smiley face at the end of a rude post doesn't make it acceptable.
