okay here are hlbs stats me and some buddies are arguing and i may seem dumb but does “damage reduced by 4%” mean my damage is reduced or the person attacking.

The Damage you receive is reduced by 4%

[Encryptions]

If an enemy hits you for 1000 damage and you have 4% dmg reduction then the damage will be 960 instead. Damage reduction isn't that good unless its like 30%+.
