Because it doesnt. It takes about a second in esg for nekro to debuff a stun from a beetle, while nilbong's aa immediatly debuffs the stun.

Im technally not sure what Nekro's aa is actually supposed to do, because I havent ever seen a description explaining the ability of his 'scales'.. So if somone could clarify that for me that'd be awesome, because after some more testing with this concept i found his ability doent quit work like i thought it would.

for enemies:
-deals damage
-chances to slow, stun(panic), banish

for allies:
-immune to stuns for 10-11 sec
-40% dmg reduce for 10-11 sec
-speed buff for 5-6 sec (guess its 25% speed)
-removes slows and gives immune to be slowed for 5-6 sec (dont know exact about time)

if u stunned without shield - nekro will not remove that stun; u should have shield earlier than u got stunned
