ADM I'm getting experience on the new map and my experience bar is still on 0 what to do?

Check your Avatar page for the actual number of XP. It’s a lot and the bar doesn’t move very much.
Also make sure you don’t have XP disabled.

BUG, the first quest you get on the volerian base, conversations aren't counted as supposed to.
