skills not working in PvP

So when I pvp (mage) I use heal, shield, fire and ice (Ik these are not the actual names but I’m fairly sure you now what I mean) i have noticed if you are stunned a second after you use the skill, it will not atually work, but it will have to completely recharge, I took a screenshot trying to show it, you can see the heal skill was literally just used (by looking at how long till it recharges) and you can see my toon didn’t heal (I have 8k armor & health, this warrior is using a lvl 66 taint, so no it wasn’t that he did that much dmg right after I healed) the same happened to me when I used shield and was then stunned.

maybe... but everyone used to it, rogues loosing heal and razor same ways
