Plat won't come through

My platinum won't come to my character!!!! I'm furious

Can dev's fix?

Have you:

Sent an email to them at support(at)spacetimestudios.com? Replace (at) with @.

Exit the game and restart?

Reboot your device?

Delete and reinstall the app?

Is this purchased plat or tapjoy plat? If its from tapjoy you'll need to contact them, not STS.

What was said above. Plat sometimes takes awhile before it comes through.

How did you buy your plat?

How long did you wait until you made this thread?

Have you purchased Plat before?

How much did you buy this time?

Same here its been 2 hrs. Since I havent received it

When this happened to me I logged off then back in and it was there incase u haven't tried that yet
