Yeah I've had that happen a few times. I remove them from my friends list after I send them a PM.

Pruning the friend list is pretty important. I generally do not accept friend requests unless it's people I already know and like or people I like playing with. Which means, I have to play with them first and have enjoyed it. If they're booting me, they don't get far enough to be on my FL.

I have a few toons that accept most friend requests, but they also apply the "enjoy playing with them" rule -- they first accept a friend request but if it becomes not so fun, the 'friend' is removed. Haven't had many problems with these friends lists either.

It seems ok to accept friend requests, but important to remove people if they become annoying. Annoying includes spamming, weird invites, begging, foul language, scamming, etc.

I accept all friend requests on my main- so i get 50+ a day. But i have my real friends on my other chars. I get booted from elixir runs all the time tho- for reason: 4x only.

That's a shame, I've booted twice in my PL time. once was waiting for someone to join up. I used a pass on the next run. The second was because the person was trying to get me to trade in the middle of a mob fight!! Otherwise I don't boot. I won't boot cause u have elixir or if you don't. If someone doesn't like a mixed run, they are welcome to leave. I'm usually on 2x now that the mad run to 66 is over.

A person either gets in or they don't If I want to run with guild only or stick with a good pug I use a password. Feel free to send me a friend request but mention that you saw this post. I don't accept random friend requests.

Oh I'm the unluckiest level 66 Mage u will ever see. I don't get pink drops. At least not ones that I can use. I get them all the time in AO. I got 1 yes ONE pink drop in nuris my first day there. Not another pink in nearly 2 months. Got 2 pinks the first day of fang, nothing since. On the other hand ppl that run with me tend to get them. Maybe I should charge entrance fees to my runs. Lol

I see this happen quite often. Yes, it does happen to me.

The main word they use is "Sorry" (Sorry for... kicking, or they see other people kick the same way and copy the same action?) and random characters such as ",,,@@,`12,-02w". There are many reasons for it; level too low, reserve spots for other members, elixirs, or... just plain rude and get the fun of kicking people.

as soon as i jump on pl i get bombarded with "can you help me level?" "do you know where devs are? i want antennas" "can i have some gold?"

soooo annoying. i hate removing people from my friends list or even muting them. i feel so guilty doing it. but its like the same people over and over. and its getting old and on my nerves :( i play pl to relax and release some stress haha.

It's pretty lame when you're helping someone level, and they boot anyone that joins. After that I stop helping them and help the people that they booted.

I help some of my friends and they just boot people who join with the reasons Bye, No, sorry and leecher ect I find it rude since I'm the person since I'm the one leveling them up and I don't think there leechers there just there to get xp. Also I hate it when your leveling a twink up they start saying: Use your skills, Go faster, Only one min left ect..... RUDE

LOL I hate it when I join a game and three guys have pots on then one of them goes busy then the next min I'm booted. Now when I join a game with more than 3+ with pots I hit the exit lvl button

Was helping someone level once in Skeletel Crypts & people kept joining & he kept booting them
I officially stopped helping him after he booted somebody for the reason "you suck"
I left him to die there & he kept apologizing so I muted him...

It's cool to help people out & boost them a couple levels but being greedy & not letting anyone else join you is really uncool=/

I've heard of these happening. Once there was someone complaining that they got booted just right before the boss fight which i think is lame.

About the pink drops, IKR!!! I've gotten a couple of pinks there but all of which are so useless to me. I keep getting STR and DEX drops. I don't sell stuff so I just gave it to a good friend of mine.

Maybe we can do runs together :) and get bad drops together lol

This is why I don't really pay attention on invites unless they actually message me and if I'm not busy doing anything else atm. Though strictly, I don't help players who are way lower than me in level, I hate leeches, it's just like begging for gold.

Thats really rude of him to invite you and then boot you. You can actually leave yourself, he dont have to boot. I will straight away delete people who boot me after inviting me~~ Its rude also when you ask whether is the map full and instead of replying you, they choose to boot you without a sorry. Rude~~~

It hasn't happened to me, but I'm really careful about my FL. And if it happened to me, it would only happen once.
