Uh, we don't use ads like that - what are you seeing, on what platform, and is there anything on the ad identifying who's providing it?

The *only* time you should see an ad is when claiming the free chest from the store if you've never purchased platinum, or when choosing to see one from one of the offer providers.

Sometimes its Facebook ads but more often than not it seems to strike when I enter a map

And I do purchase platinum, Android is my device

It sounds like you have some malware on your device (which is most common on android). We don't show ads like that.

And I only get ads on arcane legends

You might try rebooting, or clearing your play store cache. It should have been available several hours ago.

Your probobly right about the malware but is there something wrong , I'm missing the update and everyone seems to have it

I cleared the cache and rebooted it's not working everyone else on android seems to have it
