What's wrong with you sts?!
I just xp running in crypt and then suddenly dc and when i log in,it said banned forever on device?!
You sts help me a lot before, but see what you do!
Not everone can buy another phone just for this game!
Tell me the reason!!i spent money on this game only for this suddenly banned?!
Reply asap!! ;(

Developers do not discuss bans publicly. Better send an email if you wish to see a reply.

I believe this issue has been discussed already. contact support[@]spacetimestudios.com replacing [@] with @

It can be if it's a mistake, or if they have a change of heart. Which it's not very likely they will if you don't speak to them with a positive, respectful attitude:)

No,i know a guy in game , he got this banned and he ask his friend , who is a neighborhood of a dev, and that dev said this kind of ban can't remove

I think I can see what happened just reading your post. Seeing you have a bit of a temper, you probably said something in game you were supposed to say....
If you think back really quick, im sure you can figure out why you MAY have been banned.
