Mausoleum Portals

This is quite old bug, but its sooo annoying i had to bring it up.
Portals that teleport us back to the intersections in mausoleum seem to not spawn for some reason in Mini Boss chamber / room.

If u kill the boss too far away, the portal doesn't spawn then.

Nonetheless, its a bug
