guild problem

So there is a problem with guild functions I wanted to promote someone to recruiter but no matter who you select it chooses the top guy.

Ex. Xx guild master
Xxx officer
Xxxx officer
Xxxxx member (I try to promote this guy but it asks me if I want to promote myself the guild master.) Obviously I cant be promoted unless there is a rank super guild master lol.

I tried this on lower pages and the same thing happened and asked if I want to promote guy on the top out of the 4 on screen.
