Can delevoper check if there any bug within arcane dragon hunter blade lv 46?
Its not proc like usual it must. Usually when proc is on, enemies will be stun n stun jump to others too. Now seems proc not jjmp to other mobs n also proc only affect one mobs.
Please fix this. Thank you
