EDIT: I've re-uploaded the image, it's now much more smoother and less crispier.

EDIT2: I've re-uploaded the image yet again and smoothed out the edges of the rogues model to look much more sharper.

EDIT3:Balanced the rogue's arm's equally and sharpened the edges out.

Yes, it's this Lollipop. It's considered a 100 year old delicacy treat amongst the Frost Giants.

I heard you can find one of these in a icy cave, but watch out for the spiders on the roof, they're sneaky and they can blast you away non-stop.
