Shadow pierce bug upgrade + mastery

Hi the shadow absorption upgrade for shadow pierce is bugged. The description says it has a chance to return 10% of total health.

My rog has 8.1k HP and 10% of this should give me around 810hp. However I'm only getting 489 HP back. This is much less than 10%.

The same goes for the shadow piercer mastery, which at max is supposed to return me 5% of my max health but I'm only getting back 200+ HP.

It looks like it's doing the proper amount to me, 10% and 5% for the mastery, in pve zones. I'm guessing you're looking at pvp, in which case, damage and healing scale down as level increases.
