Hi guys,
I was wondering if you guys had any problems with Ironsource rewarding plat because I followed the instructions and signed up for the free trials for plat, and the offer even said COMPLETED but I was never rewarded the plat. I have proof of my completion in this screenshot that I took: https://imgur.com/a/ykvp1JG I did one for the betternet vpn and one for the hotspot shield one. I emailed supported last week, and I still have not gotten a response. I was wondering if any of you guys had success with the signing up for free trials in the app offer, and what I should do about this.

You have to take this up strictly with ironsource. STS has no control of offers.

I'm sorry to hear that you completed the offer and Ironsource didn't award the plat.
It's a shame there is no option to report the offer after you have completed it. Nor is there a direct email indicated anywhere on their application.
What I do suggest is attempt a different offer and when you report that offer, mention you did the other game subscription and completed it but the offer did not award you platinum. Provide the screen shot you showed above. And any Google or Apple screenshot proof of a subscription to the application.
I do hope you receive your platinum soon.

Trying giving a little more time. I completed an Ironsource offer a couple days ago where I had to reach a certain power on another app. Once I did it, Ironsource said that the offer was completed and that platinum had been awarded even though it had not. It was probably around 12-18 hours later when the platinum actually hit my account.
If even after waiting it’s not working, send them an email with proof (screenshots) of you completing the offer and let them know you were never rewarded.
