A Warning About Arcane Abilities that Give % Damage

For those of you that aren't familiar with how % Damage works, the game only increases your damage based on the highest damage percentage. The elixir you buy from elixir menu is an exception since it stacks with another damage elixir. What does this have to do with pet arcane abilities? If you use an arcane ability like Stanlee's, where it increases damage by 20%, and you are using a pet that has +20% damage or higher, you won't get any increase in damage. One pet that can gain the most damage out of this is Heroic Cottonkill because he gives up to 23 damage and 70 primary stat, so you can combine this with an AA that gives % Damage to get a huge damage buff. If you're using a pet with a happiness bonus that gives % damage and want an arcane ability that gives a damage buff, find an AA that can increase your primary stat, such as Deary, or give you a non % damage buff, such as Krampus.
