Nope, theonly thing that effects drop rates are luck enhancers.

Well, they somewhat help on your drop rate, for example in shipyard 2 all mobs have about a 98% green droprate with a luck enhancer.

Everything with drop rates are rumors.

The ONLY thing that effects drops is the luck enhancer. killing all mobs, waiting at the boss for 20 minutes before killing, not opening chests, saving hostages, all false. STS decided the fairest possible way for drops is 100% randomness.

The only way to increase drop rates is to face west while playing the game.

For the next 2 weeks, Jupiter is in relative alignment with andromeda, our closest neighbor galaxy.

The extreme amounts of energy that andromeda puts out is channeled by Jupiter, which acts as a sort of conduit, even at such extreme distances.

Being that earth is constantly inside the borders of jupiters magnetic field (you can see some of this static on an empty tv station: the static snow), people on planet earth will experience + 10 to luck in all things you do.

But only for the next 2 weeks. After, you have to wait another 3 years to be in proper alignment again.
