Device ban.. Tired of waiting [Archive]

My device has been banned since for the past 4-5 months and i cant log from my phone anymore.. I have sent email few times but all i got as response as this email saying that ban can't be undone.. But i haven't done anything wrong my device hasn't been associated with any account that has been banned

Try resetting ur device, or use a VPN. I have heard the use of VPN is allowed as long as it is not for plat farming.

I have many things on my device that i dont wanna lose sadly.. I already thought of device reset but not worth it

Vpn never tried and idk if its allowed or will get me more trouble

Sent from my Redmi 4A using TapatalkSince ur device is banned, use VPN, create a new account, and play on it. If u are able to play normally for a week or so, then it should be fine with logging in with ur main account.

I think have read a statement from Dev that usage of VPN is allowed as long as u r not using it for plat farming (Doing Platinum Offers)

Thanks for the suggestion then i will see if i can get any response from dev on this post to confirm its safe to use.. but still i would like to be able to play without a vpn cause i havent done anything to deserve this device ban

A vpn wont help to bypass a device ban. The vpn changes ur ip adress while ur device id is banned, which u can only change if u have root access(on android) or u do a hard reset(all devices)

Have you tried it in the last few days? It looks to me like you should be able to log in.
