Elite Braken-Dead City-Kraken Isle. Upper maps dont drop Bronze or Silver Runners, farm those for Gold Runners.

Brackenridge will do for bronze.
Kraken isles and nordr will do for silver

Best places to farm silvers are at elite grog beach and elite skull cove
