Is this a bug or something because i bought a new character slot and i have to purchase all the campaigns! Didn't sts make all of them free? Is this supposed to happen because then whats the point of buying a new character slot?

Where are you seeing that you need to purchase them?
There are still some paid campaigns, but those are purchased per-account, not per-character, and most of them are free.

There are 4-5 campaigns that have to be purchased in pl. All characters on the same account have access if purchased. If it's requiring you to repurchase or to purchase ALL campaigns, that is a definite bug.

If it's on a different email account than the one you bought the stuff on, all of your purchase history will not be on that new email. It is just assigned to your one email you made the purchases on.

It says purchase for all of the campaigns, which is why i got confused, but i think it says purchase to buy the elixer that allows you to enter any lvl dungeon.
