What are reasonable levels for the new campaigns?

Hi everyone,

My toon is only level 38 and I find I need to spam bloodpacks to survive in the new campaigns. Obviously they go up to 51 so clearly I am too low. Those who are higher level, may I ask, are you able to feed before having to tap a bloodpack, or is this going to be status quo till the inevitable nerf?

Level 42 is recommended for University but 46 is definitely better. Be careful with the Skeletons - they are just bones and evil magic; no flesh, no blood and for this reason they cannot be Drained.

I guess that explains the level 47 pink I got in University. That must be the lowest level drop there.
